When you purchase any Novs product, you can exchange and return it within the city of Riyadh for a period of no less than:
· Maximum 3 days for return.
· Maximum 5 days for replacement.
For those outside the Riyadh region, the exchange and return period:
· 5 days from receipt of the order, the customer has the right to request a return and a value of 40 riyals will be deducted from the total value of the order.
· One week from receipt of the order, the customer has the right to exchange, and 40 riyals will be deducted from the total value of the order.
